Touch & Go System in Place

Visited Taman Cendana Indah yesterday evening. Noticed that the touch & go system is in place now for the guarded gate. Please bring your touch & go card when you are coming next time.

CCC obtained and Keys are ready for collection

Hooray !! CCC (Certificate of completion and compliance) obtained from LAM (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia). Below are the importance dates to remember for house key collection.

1-22 & 67-78	13th - 14th April ( Fri - Sat )	10am - 5 pm
34-49 & 52-63	20th - 21st April ( Fri - Sat )	10am - 5 pm

In order to collect the house keys, buyer need to collect the " CLEARANCE LETTER" after paying the miscellaneous billing and interested if any. 
House keys to be collected at the Juru Site Office. Contact person: En. Azman - 012-494 1221.

Everything completed. Awaiting OC

All the Semi-D houses are completed. Drain, Road are also being TAR.
